What is the density of epoxy board
The density of epoxy board is 1.75 g to 1.8 g.
The molecular structure of epoxy resin is characterized by the presence of active epoxy groups in the molecular chain. The epoxy groups can be located at the end, middle or ring structure of the molecular chain. They can cross-link with various types of curing agents to form insoluble, non-fusible polymers with three-dimensional network structure, with specification thickness of 0.5 to 100 mm, and are subject to thermal deformation at high temperature of 180 ℃. Generally, they are not heated together with other metals, which may cause metal sheet deformation.
Milk white light weight epoxy board is also called white light weight epoxy board. It has good mechanical properties, good heat resistance, moisture resistance, good flatness, smooth surface, no pits, and standard thickness tolerance. Compared with ordinary paperboard, its hardness and toughness are better, it can play a supporting and reinforcing role, and it is thinner and more environmentally friendly.
Epoxy glass cloth laminate is a laminated product made of chemically treated alkali-free glass fiber cloth used by electricians as the base material and epoxy resin as the adhesive. It has high mechanical strength at high temperature and good electrical stability at high humidity. The color is light cyan or light brown, the laminate surface is flat, free of bubbles, pits and wrinkles, the edges should be cut neatly, and the end face should be free of layering and cracks.
